Subject to the inventory of products and the relevant provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, orders are subject to our further confirmation after your successful payment. We sincerely remind you to pay attention to the delivery status of your order, you can track your order delivery process through the courier tracking number provided by us, or view the delivery details of your order through the relevant order enquiry and tracking page on this website. If no one is able to sign for the products at the delivery address you have provided, please contact us in a timely manner in order to determine the delivery arrangements. If we are unable to deliver your order within five days from the date of the first unsuccessful delivery attempt and we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel your order in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale without liability and the amount of the order for undelivered products will be refunded.

You can enjoy the free return service within seven days from the date of receipt of the products (except for beachwear, underwear, customized product, products which may affect personal safety or life and health after opening, products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, as well as other products otherwise specified by PRADA), and please understand that we do not support the exchange service for the time being.
