Subject to the inventory of products and the relevant provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, orders are subject to our further confirmation after your successful payment. You can check the order status by SMS, email or other means, or through the relevant order enquiry and tracking page on our website. Payment made for unconfirmed orders will be refunded in the same way as per law.

In general, products are expected to be arranged for delivery within 7 working days after the order is confirmed. The estimated delivery time for pre-ordered products and customized products is subject to further reference to the time shown on the product page or as otherwise notified by PRADA. The aforementioned delivery time are our best estimates only and does not imply that we are committed to their full realization, and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any reasonable or unavoidable delay.

We sincerely remind you to pay attention to the delivery status of your order, you can track your order delivery process through the courier tracking number provided by us, or view the delivery details of your order through the relevant order enquiry and tracking page on this website. If no one is able to sign for the products at the delivery address you have provided, please contact us in a timely manner in order to determine the delivery arrangements. If we are unable to deliver your order within five days from the date of the first unsuccessful delivery attempt and we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel your order in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale without liability and the amount of the order for undelivered products will be refunded.

You can enjoy the free return service within seven days from the date of receipt of the products (except for beachwear, underwear, customized product, products which may affect personal safety or life and health after opening, products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, as well as other products otherwise specified by PRADA), and please understand that we do not support the exchange service for the time being. Please refer to the Returns Guidelines attached to the product for details on how to return an item.
